訪問看護
訪問看護とは看護師や保健婦が患者宅や老人ホームなどで療養をしている人をおとずれて健康状態の観察、日常生活の介助、、入浴介助、排泄介助または栄養指導、リハビリテーション、ターミナルケアなどをすることをいう。またこれらの医療が安全におこなわれるよう、患者や家族への指導や説明したり、患家にある医療機器、医材、薬剤の管理をおこなうこともある。 特記すべき病院と在宅における看護のちがいいとしては、 * 治療機器、薬剤や看護用品といった物的資源が乏しいこと * 訪問時にトラブルが発生しても相談できる人が近くにがいないこと * 看護職員、介護職員などの人的資源（マンパワー）が乏しいこと * 訪問時間が限定されること などがあげられ、訪問看護師には医学の総合的な知識、主治医、ケアマネージャーなどの他の職種との調整能力、患者家族とのコミュニケーションの能力、入浴介助やリハビリテーションなどの看護技術と転倒や風邪予防などの病気予測力や指導力、緊急時の現場での判断力などよりたかい専門性がもとめられる 大阪でお見合い
