訪問看護
訪問看護は訪問看護指示書の交付という形で医師の指示をうけ開始され、そのあとも医師や他職種との連携をとってすすめられる。 こうした看護職の訪問だけではなく、健康保険法では精神科を標榜する保険医療機関からの作業療法士、精神保健福祉士、介護保険法では訪問看護ステーションに勤務する理学療法士、作業療法士の訪問も訪問看護の一つの形として位置づけられている。 訪問看護は、介護保険法や健康保険法にもとづいて訪問看護ステーションや病院・診療所などの医療機関から看護師・保健師など看護職が訪問する形が一般的であるが、地域保健法にもとづく保健所の保健指導や老人保健法にもとづく保健センターからの訪問指導を訪問看護にふくむという考え方もある。さらに、こうした公的な制度に基づかず、患者の全額自己負担により、患者の要望に対して、より柔軟に応ずる訪問看護を提供する組織・企業もある。 大阪でお見合い
